A: The $100 voucher can be applied to any product or bundle listed on our Skywave X100 / X100 Dual Kickstarter campaign, launching mid-March. It is valid only on Kickstarter during the campaign period.

Q: How do I get my $109.9 refund after placing a KS order?

A: After completing your order on Kickstarter, simply email our support team with:

  • A screenshot of your Kickstarter order
  • Your $9.9 pre-order order number (from our official website)
  • Once verified, we’ll refund $109.9 within 5 business days—covering both the $9.9 deposit and the $100 voucher discount.

Q: If I pre-ordered at $9.9 but missed the Super Early Bird price, will Ultimea refund the difference?

A: No. The $9.9 pre-order only guarantees the $100 voucher, not the product’s final price. To secure the best deal, we highly recommend purchasing on Day 1 of the Kickstarter launch.

Q: Can I cancel my order after backing on Kickstarter? Will the $9.9 deposit be refunded?

A: Since Kickstarter doesn’t support direct cancellations, you can request cancellation via our support email.Please include:
