Who Can Join

To participate, you must meet the following conditions: you must meet the following conditions:

  • Purchased a qualifying Ultimea soundbar model on or before June 30, 2025, with no refund issued.
  • Your old soundbar must be purchased from the official flagship stores and must not be a refurbished unit.
  • The program is available only to customers in the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
  • Customers who participated in previous Skywave X Seires crowdfunding campaigns are not eligible for this trade-in offer.

Which stores are considered official flagship stores?

Our official flagship stores on authorized platforms include: Amazon, Walmart, Temu, Best Buy, The Home Depot, TikTok, OTTO, eBay, Kaufland, Cdiscount, Fnac, PcComponentes, Carrefour, Allegro, Mediamarkt, Aliexpress, and BOL.

Purchases from third-party sellers, unauthorized resellers, local agents, or refurbished/second-hand units are not eligible.

Do I need to pay for the return shipping of my old product?

No. Ultimea covers the return cost. After you pay the upgrade fee, our customer service team will email you a prepaid shipping label within 2 business days. Simply use the label to return your old product.

If I’m not satisfied with the Skywave X70/X60, can I return or exchange it? Will I get my old product back?

The new product purchased through this program follows the same return and exchange policy as regular purchases. If you’re not satisfied, please contact our customer service team. If you decide to return it for a refund, we will process a full refund of the upgrade fee after receiving the return. However, since your old product has already been collected, we cannot return it. Instead, we will send you a refurbished unit of the same model in good working condition.

Can I join the Trade-In program if my old product is missing accessories?

Returned products will be inspected. Please ensure at least the main soundbar and subwoofer are included. If either is missing, please do not return it, as the inspection will fail and Ultimea will not return the product, or the return cost will be at your expense.If surround speakers are missing, you can still join the program, but our team will contact you to pay for the missing parts ($10 per speaker, $20 per pair). The new product will be shipped after payment. Missing remote controls or power cables will not affect eligibility.

Where can I find my old order number, and why does the system reject it?

Please check the platform where you purchased your old product. If the system cannot verify the order number, it may be due to an input error or because the order number does not match the product selected for return. Please review the participation conditions carefully. If you believe you qualify, contact our customer service at support@ultimea.com for manual verification.

Since old products have different values, how is the upgrade fee calculated?

All eligible models listed can join the program. To maximize benefits for our fans, no matter which model you return, the upgrade fee is the same. This ensures that your old product’s price + upgrade fee is always lower than the price of the new product.

When will I receive my upgraded product?

After you pay the upgrade fee, our customer service team will email you a prepaid shipping label within 2 working days. Please use it to return your old product for free. Once received, our warehouse team will complete inspection within 3 business days and then ship your brand-new upgraded product.
